For the PAN Services that are given to you, pan-india.in. will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. In case of or the goods pan-india.in. reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.
The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the services not provided. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
